Dr. Lydia Brodie was inspired to work in Burlington’s health industry by her love of sports and ambition to help people achieve their full potential. She enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle, but believes it is important to keep everything in BALANCE. When treating patients, she focuses on restoring pain free functional motion, as well as injury prevention. Dr. Brodie creates individualized treatment plans that are centered around the patient’s needs. She integrates the latest scientific evidence in her multidisciplinary approach to the health care of her patients.
She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, graduating with Clinical Honours and Magna Cum Laude designation. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Brodie completed her Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Guelph, majoring in Biomedical Science. She has also completed additional certifications in Contemporary Acupuncture from McMaster University, Fascial Distortion Model, Webster technique for pregnancy and the Spinal Stenosis Bootcamp Program. Dr. Brodie has recently completing a post-graduate program in the Chiropractic Clinical Sciences at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
